I once did a full Easter spread (not quite as big as Thanksgiving, but a fair amount of food) in a tiny apartment kitchen. You just aren't trying hard enough ;)
(Seriously, though, having a full kitchen is nice...but I've had apartments with tiny little galley kitchens and I made it work.)
Actually food comas are pretty rare in this house. We usually eat, play board games for a few hours, chill out and watch movies, and nibble at the leftovers all night :)
