Reservations recommended. there are also a number of quite good resturanrts of various ethnicities right around Pandamonium, avoiding the whole retail insanity of harvard square. Talk to Tyler for recommendations within walking distance.
If the weather is unpleasant, most of the interesting street life of the square stays home. For the best burgers in Boston, possibly the world, there is bartleys off harvard square, but wear a shirt you are not gonna be upset if some condiments drip on it. But the burgers are definitely worth it.
